We made it home! Great flight. I love the plane, and Rick (my instructor), kept saying, "this is a nice plane". Thank you for all your effort in getting this deal through in short order and for all of your help getting us and the plane around.

Kara, you are truly one in a million. I wish you the best of luck in your endeavors. Sounds like life will be bringing some exciting changes for you. Andrew went up yesterday for his demo ride, was very pleased with everything. He told me if the pre buy inspection turns out ok, it's a done deal. I am taking the plane over to Max Air in about an hour, I will keep you posted.
Brian, I need to tell you, In talking with the two prospective buyers the last few weeks how impressed they both have been with you and Kara. As Andrew said Saturday night at dinner, (he has not talked with Kara personally) He has been looking for planes for a while and he could not say enough good things about you and how things are handled. His commit was "It's easy to tell when you are dealing with true professionals".
In today's world, when everybody is looking for the bad in everybody and everything, I think its a real comfort to know at least a few people can still recognize and appreciate the effort people make and take their profession meaningful. I just wanted to pass that along, all too often, all we hear is the bad. Keep up, what ever you guy's are doing, because it sure is working well.
The inspection should be done by noon or so, I will let you know.

From my first call to the final sale of my Cirrus SR22 I was completely satisfied with Kara’s and Brian’s service and communication. I even got a call at 10:00 p.m. on a Friday night after I emailed them with a question! Since I was trying to sell a plane in Oklahoma in February, it made sense to have the plane in Phoenix so that the weather wouldn’t play a factor in selling the airplane. Also I would have had to hire a CFI who was qualified in a Cirrus to take a potential purchaser for a test flight. Alaris Aviation is definitely a one-stop broker.

Just a quick note to say that FINALLY after all this time N2465N had been reassembled and has its new registration of VH-LVY and is airworthy. I picked it up from Sydney last week and flew it back to Alice Springs over 11 hours flight time. She ran like a clock and made it in fine form. Kara has my respect as a persuasive and detail driven marketing person. When I sold my first Cirrus SR22 I was perplexed as to the price and advertising options. I had already selected my next plane and wanted to move on the sale. Cirrus referred me to Kara and Alaris Aviation. Kara checked price comparisons from recent sales, gave me a number and said she could get the job done. The plane was sold 60 days later at the price I agreed upon initially. Eight months later facing my last opportunity to upgrade, we repeated the drill. On that occasion she sold second Cirrus SR22 within 30 days. In the last 10 years we had purchased a total of five different aircraft. We have used different brokers at different times but none can compete with the terrific job you had done for us while selling our Cessna 182 and then helping us immediately purchase our Cirrus SR-22 G2.. We had looked at a New Cirrus but had decided it would not fit into our budget and the Factory Dealer Charlie Hood had recommended Kara at Alaris Aviation as the best person to deal with When it comes to used Cirrus aircraft .I think like all pilots I thought my 182 was worth more money than it really was and you allowed me to advertise it at the price I had wanted…You had said it would sell at a certain price and after several weeks of no phone activity we did lower the price like you said and it sold immediately. I highly recommend Kara Swensen, owner of Alaris Aviation, when the need to sell your plane arises. Kara worked incredibly hard to sell our airplane. She made sure it was listed in Trade-A- Plane and on the internet. Her website contained numerous pictures and a log book display. She arranged for an insurance qualified pilot to ferry our plane to Phoenix, and she scheduled him to fly along with potential buyers. She took care of tie down, and kept the airplane fueled and washed. As the sale progressed, Kara paid close attention to every detail. I'm compelled to report to all, especially if you're west of the Mississippi River, that Kara Swensen of Alaris Aviation in Scottsdale, AZ just sold my SR20 and she was magnificent.
My new SR22-G2 awaits me in Duluth on Aug. 19, so the timing couldn't be better. It took her all of five weeks to find a buyer for my 500-hour, fully equipped 2000 model, number 1031. We asked $179 and got $175.
